Swedish Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses the client's choice of pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Available for 30, 60, 90 minutes sessions, $55 - $125
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Available for 30, 60, 90 minute sessions, $65 - $135
Chair Massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.
20 minute session, $30
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, and the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find tremendously calming and centering.

Cupping Massage
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
I do Dynamic Cupping, which is a mix of Flash and Glide Cupping. In this cupping, the cup is repeatedly released and replaced on the skin, along with movement across lubricated skin. This cupping Does Not leave the "normal" Static Cupping marks.

Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
Available for a 30 minute session, $60

Sleep Well Massage
The Sleep Well Massage is a unique, limited-time offering available exclusively to my clients.This massage takes place Tuesday through Saturday at 8 PM only. Enjoy a 60-minute Swedish Massage enhanced with a special blend of essential oils designed to help you unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep. A hot towel service is included, along with a breathtaking
view of the night sky beneath The Spa Lot's skylight. Your mind, body, and spirit deserve this rejuvenating experience. $140
